This year we are going back to the basics with a little twist. We will be serving a buffet with a salad bar with all the items you could walk out your back door and find spring time vegetables growing in arms reach and of course all the extra fixing to make it more than rabbit food. You will also have the experience of walking past the spring mix of the garden and into the rich fertile soil of the tater field. We will have baked taters, pipping hot awaiting the butter that was just churned beside the cows and of course all the other toppings that you could only find in a five star eatery. We will have plenty of fluids to wash all this down that will give you the feeling of standing in Mountain Creek with your glass catching the cold refreshing water as it flows by your frost bitten feet. We look forward to seeing you and your Valentine, now we got to go water the crops and maybe do a little hoeing.
